Completely trashed my dress...
My dress came back clean (1 star) and it was a quick process (1 star) downside, my dress came back crooked with it bent over in the box and the box is bent as if it was already bent and then proceeded to seal it. So I have a clean pretty dress in a bent box and its crooked!!!!
The box my gown was shipped back to me in was squashed and my dress is falling down. I'm going to have to contact this company to have it re-done. I feel that this may be the shippers fault but I am not happy.
I am disappointed with the gown preservation and will be sending it back to have it done again, hoping that it looks much better the second time.
My dress was preserved and back to me in a very quick time span, HOWEVER, when I received it, I found that the box is damaged. It is torn UNDER the wrap, meaning they shipped it like that.. and it is also dented it, which could have happened during shipping. Total bummer to pay for something like this and not even have it look professional.
the beading on the front of the dress was damaged when I got the dress back (was not damaged before I sent it to them), and so there are visible frayed threads sticking out. It did need repairs and substantial cleaning, but they tell you not to open the box/plastic wrap and do not provide a list of repairs/cleaning done, so it can be hard to make sure it was done, since only the front of the dress from top to waist is visible. not feeling super confident, given the beading, but I also do not want to nullify the preservation,... read more
The dress was very clean and was in great condition an beautifully displayed in the box. However the box did have clear damage to it. I at first assumed it was shipping damage but the clear packaging on the outside (sealing in the box) was not damaged so it could not have happened during shipping.
I had my dress preserved and got it back. It had a snag in the bust area and I called and got their answering service which had them call me back the next day while I was at work. They issued me a return label. I returned it and received it back last Tuesday and the snag is still there. I can't receive calls while at work so I got off early on Thursday and called and the woman said the lady that needed to send me a return label was out of the office and would call me back in about 2 hours.
