the gown came back quickly which was nice. Unfortunately the dress in the box was crooked. The veil shows on one side of dress but not the other. The jeweled belt is crooked. Not the end of the world but we wouldn't recommend you to anyone. Thank you
So disappointed. My box arrived ripped and torn. It's right near the bodice, so if I show off my gown to anyone, that's right where it will be seen. I'm very disappointed.
Although I received my gown in great condition it did not have my sack attached around the waist as requested. I figured my satch was in the box. I was fortunate that David bridal gave me a complimentary box to do my wedding gown along with a new satch attached. The opened box did not have my satch in it so it must have gotten lost in the cleaning. Thank you David's bridal for making things right.
Not happy! My gown was promptly returned but it was NOT MY GOWN. I had to make a trip to the UPS store to resend it back and I had to pay a $1 for tape. I had called a dozen times on the weekend and still no return call back the following Monday. Disappointed
I was sent the wrong gown!! Thankfully I was able to call the number and send it back, but I had a mini heart attack! No bride wants to get the wrong dress in the mail.
I wasn't very happy with the way the dress was "stuffed" it looks very uneven.
The turn around was very quick. I was pleased with the way the veil was displayed over the dress. I also appreciated the comment sheet sent.
The gown itself looks great and was done very quick, but I was disappointed with a few things. First, I asked for personalization to be on the front of the box and they didn't do it. When I called about it, all I was told was that they didn't charge my credit card something must have went wrong on their end. Then I was told I could pay for shipping both ways and they could do it. I haven't checked yet if my dress was done correctly but I almost didn't even receive it! Thank goodness it got sent to my in-laws or I wouldn't have it. The address somehow got changed on its own and sent it there. So yeah that's pretty scary.
