I like the box and my dress came out nice, I like the window display. its unfortunate that my veil was lost but i did get a refund for the veil cost.

I am disappointed in the presentation of the dress in the box. The tissue used to keep the shape of the dress is very visible, especially in the sweetheart neckline of my dress. I am happy to have the dress preserved but it will be stored away, rather than displayed.

Overall my dress looks clean. Not a fan of the presentation. There is a white ribbon right across the beadwork on the belt and you can only see the white of my veil and none of the beadwork.

I had this done for my daughter. The dress was returned rather quickly, and looks beautiful. Since the box is sealed to preserve the dress, there is no way to tell how well the dress was cleaned. All that is visible is the part of the dress that was not soiled; the train had dirt around the bottom, but we can't see it. Maybe a couple pictures would be a good idea for future brides before the dress is boxed. Also, not a fan of the ribbon across the waist of the dress as it hides part of the beautiful beading.

gown was beautiful. however, one of the letters on my personalization was messed up. it is very noticeable and i am not happy with that.

I have not received my dress! It is lost! I can not stress it enough! Memories tells me not to worry, but how can I not? Dress shipped out and never made it home. I am full of tears...

The box is about 3ft high. It comes with a window so you can see the top portion of your dress. It also comes with a very thin plastic covering like sarane wrap? I was actually dissapointed in the plastic covering how thin and flimsy it is, because you can easily tear it or poke a hole in it just moving it somewhere ? I was expecting it to be a little tougher than that since it's supposed to last a lifetime? But overall it's very pretty in the box.
