What a fantastic job! It was an easy process and got my dress back within a week. Pricing was excellent as well.
I loved everything, but one. I had a little strong coming up from the bodice that wasn't there before. It got sealed with the string sticking up from the dress, so now when I look at it, all I see is this protruding thread. I know it's not meant to be perfect, but the time taken to ensure that the presentation part of the display window would've put my review at 5 stars. Everything else, from supplies, to packaging, to turn around, and delivery was top notch.
The preservation looks great, but dress is not placed in the box like it was worn. You can't really see the sleeves. Still a treasure, thank you.
Dresses and veils look beautiful Folded in box. I had two cleaned and preserved for my daughters. They were returned faster than expected!
It was really pretty except for the hair piece. It’s at the very top and you can’t see it in the box at all.
Very clean and looks great. All the stains were removed! Don’t like the way it was boxed. Also my train came back with a blue damage tag. Looks like all the beading came loose. Sad about that.
