The gown looked great but I was very disappointed in the cardboard box that it was put in. I thought it was suppose to come in some other type box. Also the engraving was suppose to be a metal plate with the engraving on it. Instead it was printed on the outside of the cardboard box. I spent an extra $65 for some tacky box & engraving. I'm not happy with it at all.

My dress was pretty dirty after our outdoor wedding. The train was gray from dirt! I sent it in to be cleaned and preserved a few days after our wedding. It arrived on my doorstep a couple of weeks later, and it looks amazing from what I can see! It's staying in the box to keep it in good condition and to keep it preserved, so that really limits what you can see of the dress.

The box is smashed on the corners, also for the price the box is VERY plain.

I was very disappointed with the condition my dress was returned to me in. When I sent in my dress it had a sash that was attached the dress and it was in perfect condition. When the dress was returned to me the sash had been all ripped up and parts of the beading design were missing on the sash and the dress. It was so disappointing to receive my dress back looking like they took scissors to it instead of cleaning and preserving it. The good: the sticker on the back guarantees that the results of the cleaning where excellent. Also, it was a quick return. The bad: it looks like it was packed in a hurry...very lopsided. The reason I picked this service was so that my dressed could be displayed. However, I am so disappointed in the way it looks. I can't stop looking at the white ribbon around the ivory waste with the company's logo on it. I wish they would have taken a few more minutes to adjust and smooth it out. We purchased the kit with my daughter's gown. Months later when the wedding was over, I opened the kit to find all neartly included--except the shipping label that was supposed to be inside. Called and the shipping label was sent to my email to print and attach. Everything went smooth after that, and received the dress back cleaned and boxed. Only problem is I cannot check to see if the dirt stains came out at the hem, since after boxing the dress the whole thing was sealed in plastic. Hope if her daughter wants to wear it ... read more

The dress looks beautiful in the box window. It arrived a lot sooner than I expected. But when I pulled it out of the shipping box, the bottom of the gown box is crumpled like it was dropped and the edge of the window was ripped before it was even shrink wrapped. I know it has nothing to do with the dress inside, but it wasn't exactly the quality box I had been expecting.

If there was a zero or 1/2 star I would have picked it !! Considering my dress was 1,500.00 I would want it in a box that I paid 100.00 for . The first time I received my dress the whole box looked as if it had been set on !! I called and they apologized and said they will fix it to mail it back. I did . Then to receive it with the same dents!! That is very upsetting but instead of sending a 1,500.00 dress back and forth , I'll keep it the way it is !

Everything was so easy! I purchased the kit when I bought my dress-I didn't even look at it until after the wedding. I opened it up-following the extremely fool proof instructions and took the box to UPS. About 3 weeks later my dress arrived back in a perfect box all sealed. It couldn't have been easier.
