I wasn't sure what to expect of the preservation process. I was sold the package when I bought my dress without being told exactly what to expect. I am not pleased that the box is so large. Storing it is a problem. I do not want my wedding dress to be a focal point in any room in my home. I was expecting it to be in a storage container that I could open and close at will and that would fit easily in a closet. It is not. It is a hideous display case.....who wants that??????? My gown looks good, I do not like the fact that the box is not deep enough for my gown. The window is pushing again the top amd bottom of my gown so I'm sure there will be wrinkles in it now. Also I paid the extra $15 to have our names and date on the front of the box and I'm not impressed. It looks like stickers just stuck on the box. Overall it's ok and I hope the bottom of my gown is clean I can't tell since it's arranged in the box and I don't want to undo the way they have it. Oh well.
do i get to see any photos of it cleaned. kinda hard to find out if it truly stain free withe the box and dress wrapped the way it is. So i can't give a rating on it if I can't see it fully

Horrible. You spelled the name wrong. Sameer became "Gameer" there is no process for confirmation - and little communication between shipments so no time to contact to ensure you get what you want on this ONCE IN A LIFETIME purchase.
Very poor packaging! When I received my dress, I noticed a brown speck (not a stain) that appears to be on my white dress because it is stuck between the plastic and the box. There is a large amount of tissue paper literally hanging down from the top of the gown box that covers the beaded straps of my dress. Both issues I cannot fix since I would have to break the seal to do so. Everything was fine till it was delivered to wrong address
Well, there was a shipping mix up, and I was sent the WRONG dress. A stranger had mine...the boxes somehow got swapped. They sent me a return label, and I sent back the wrong dress. The stranger did the same. I now have MY wedding dress and it looks pretty good.
I can't open it to see how well you washed I have to wait 30 years for it . I feel awful about it. Because I don't have 100 box to see if it's clean or not.
