My dress arrived Inna smooshed ripped up box (the box that it's preserved in) my dress slides around inside, everything is loose and they advertised their company on my dress for a lifetime. My veil isn't noticeable it looks like tulle and doesn't display the beautiful veil I worn. I am so upset and disappointed. I want this fixed or my 175.00 back.

The dress is presented nicely in the box, however there is a big dirt smudge on the veil that is right in the middle of the box so it's very obvious. Otherwise they would've gotten 5 stars.

I have no doubt that my dress will be preserved, but my veil was literally balled up and put at the top of the box. That is not an exaggeration. I would've rather the veil not be placed in the display. The display looks completely horrible. It is not something that I feel proud to show. I am very disappointed.

Well, I would have given more (or less) star rating but I can only base my review from looking at my dress form outside the box... literally. Your recommendation/instructions are for me not to break the sealed box so as to conserve the best quality of the dress possible, so I haven't... So far. So basing from what I can see by not breaking the seal, is the dress "looks" clean and well preserved. The dress and veil look great. Customer service via email is horrible! I sent in an email for address change and no one got back to me. Thank goodness I was still receiving mail at the old address.

I am less than satisfied with the result and the service this company has given. When I received my dress after it was preserved, I expected it to be in a smaller more compact box, something more easily able to store. Instead it came in a large, bulky, beat up box with tears and dents in it. I received my dress faster than I anticipated.. Great job. However, when I received the dress it was sliding around in the box. The bust line is folded over and so now you can not see the beautiful beading thru the box. I do not want to open it and fix it because it defeats the purpose of being sealed. I just pray that it does not permanently stay like that. I really thought you would have done a better job. A+ for getting it to me faster than I thought but I would have rather you kept it and did it right :(

Gown cleaning was fine. Gown presentation was fine, Paid extra $15 for the display box to be personalized. When the box arrived, it had heen banged up on the corners and not very presentable for having paid to be such. Also paid $15 for my small birdcage veil to be included in the display. They attached from the top of the box and was not visible inside the viewing area. I had to open up the box and reposition the veil, so it could be displayed appropriately.
