My dress looks great thanks so much now I. Just need to figure out where to place it that I can see it often but no one will tear the protective covering!
Super easy instructions on how to package and send back. Honestly I was a bit disappointed on how my dress is displayed in the box. It's uneven on one side. It doesn't seem to sturdy in the box either.
My dress turned out better than beyond my imagination! When the box was reported damaged during shipping, the company had it immediately shipped back to make sure the dress and packaging were still in tact and that nothing was damaged before they shipped it back. That's amazing serving!
Two things disappointed the display of my dress. 1) There was a ribbon placed around the waist of the dress that said something along the lines of "Preserving Lifetime Memories". It is understandable that the company would like to put their mark on their product. However, the placement of the ribbon completely interfered with the beading work on the waist of the dress and looks very out of place. Had to send it back. The gown ruffles were flipped up to expose the lining and the box damaged in transit.
My over all experience has been positive. I was constantly kept in the loop with the status of the wedding gown. Beginning from when the company received the gown and details of what to expect next and an estimate timeline of the turn around for the dress. My only disappointment was that upon receiving the gown the box in which the gown is encased, it was damage which I presumed took place via transit. I was disappointed in the communication. My daughter's dress needed mending, but it wasn't one of the options on the forms. I called Memories Gown Preservation and was told that they would call me and discuss a price after they looked at it. I never heard from them; they just charged my credit card. Also, the dress was extremely dirty on the ends, so how can I be sure it really came clean? There were no notes confirming everything. For almost 300.00, I expected more communication.
Received it back fast. But when it came back the belt wasn't fastened properly and I can't fix it because the deal will be ruined.
I sunburned a previous review that wasn't posted because I have it one star and complained about the disaster the way they tossed my dress in the box along with advertise on my dress in the box. Why didn't that get posted. I want my 175.00 back! This isn't fair!
