Dress came back with two tears in the lace in the front of the dress. The box also has a small whole in it in the back.
The service was great except my dress came back with a piece of dirt or something in the sealed plastic. It doesn't seem to be on the dress itself but it is unsightly so I couldn't display the dress. It also is something that has to be explained if I want to sell it. It could drop the price. It seems odd that it was missed when the dress was inspected three times. Besides the dirt it was easy to ship and a great and simple way to take care of my dress.
I really loved my dress and loved the option of preserving it but, unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with the process. My dress came back in a box that didn't look like the photo that was shown to me at the store (Oxnard), and it came back with white tissue sticking out of the breast area, and the inside top of the box was a flab hanging loosely over the shoulders of my dress. One side of the box is crush I was so surprised of that, but beside that it looks great
The gown came back & is clean & neatly in the box. However I was very disappointed to see that a large section of beading on the front of the dress had fallen off & was rolling around inside the box. It broke my heart to see the missing beads.
Everything looked great except, the box was a bit crushed and the belt was crooked. It's not a big deal but, for what we paid for it, I would have appreciated if it was in better condition.
Overall, I loved the services and would recommend them to someone, but with a few warnings. The box looks more like a plain cardboard box in person than the pictures elude to. My dress when delivered is slight crooked and the shoulder strap is sagging down on one side, therefore no longer symmetrical and neat looking. Lastly, I did not realize the only protection is the plastic the cardboard box is wrapped in and uncertain of how well that will hold up in moving. Company seemed to do a nice job on cleaning and boxing my dress. Unfortunately UPS didn't "handle" the delivery box appropriately. The box arrived stating "fragile" on the side and there was a big footprint on the box you could see the outline of a shoe perfectly. It appears someone stepped right on it an crushed part of the box. I have a photo of it, so disrespectful.
Didn't take very long to get my gown back after mailing it off, and it looked great when I got it back. Everything was as I asked for.
