I am so sorry I wasted my money on this company. When my dress came the box had been badly damaged, which I realize is UPS's fault not theirs, but the inner box that my dress is in is also badly bent and ripped. The dress was not secured tightly and shifted in the transit causing the skirt to become partly folded over the waist. Inside the inner box there is also a loose thread and one end of a plastic tab, like those to attach price tags to clothing. I received my daughters wedding dress back within a week . It appears to look great in the box of what I can see . I did not receive my granddaughters flower girl dress which was delivered the following day per UPS. I asked David's Bridal if I needed to worry about delivery . Money cannot replace the dress or the fond memories . Although I have never had issues with UPS deliveries, I think all packages should be signed for by the customer or picked up at a UPS location in the future . I was very impressed with the turn around getting my daughter's dress back and certainly appreciated the communication. Letting me know that the gown had arrived and when it was being returned eliminated any insecurity about the process. Thank you for keeping me informed. I have one issue that I have communicated to you. There is a ribbon that is dangling down the front. I think it is turned backward as it seems to have something printed on it. The gown looks wonderfully preserved, though the skirt got rumpled a bit in transit. One suggestion - please put the sticker that advises you not to remove the shrinkwrap OUTSIDE the shrinkwrap. I took off the shrinkwrap trying to get to the sticker to take it off before I realized that that was the only layer of wrap.

Well, i am dissapointed because my sash was returned to me broken. It was missing a lot of rhinestones and that makes any bride upset I'm sure to have received her dress on a bad condition.

I'm not sure if the shipping shifted everything around or it was poorly packaged but it is displayed horribly. Since its in plastic packaging I don't know if it is really cleaned or not and my plain white box looks nothing like the pictures in the email...I'm very disappointed

Terrible. Received dress with wrong name and wedding date. Sent dress back only to receive the wrong name a second time. They promised to call back the next day after multiple calls daily. I finally gave up and have my wedding dress with the wrong name on box. Terrible experience. Never left a review for a company before.

I was very unpleased with every aspect of service. First you have to stuff your beautiful gown into a plastic sack that's not even big enough for my kitchen trash. I had a slim dress and it was difficult to fit. There is only one bag to throw everything in. Secondly the "box" they put the end product in is crappy! My dress is on a shaped figured but my dress isn't shaped to it. It's just like they threw my dress on it and didn't take time to make it look good. It's sideways in the box. Came back as promised. Not sure what I was expecting, but wasn't expecting my veil to be over the front of the gown.
