I was advised my dress would take 2-6 weeks to clean. The process seems very labor intensive; however, I received my gown back in 2 days. This is quite alarming and I feel that my gown wasn't really cleaned properly. They received my dress on Monday and then shipped it out Wednesday. To me this overly fast process means (a) they didn't clean it at all or (b) it is still damp in the box from their process and it will slowly mildew and mold. I'm disappointed. The backing paper isn't secured to the top of the box but rather hangs down covering the dress. Can't fix it without opening the shrink wrap. Also can't check out the cleaning job on the train which I was nervous about be its not visible. Overall not pleased

My experiences was fair but one thing I am disappointed with is when i recieved my dress back preserved the box was not handled with care & is broke/wripped on the side. I do not want to mess with it and possibly puncture the presservation wrapping so i have left it alone. Also i thought that the box would be prettier. It is just a plain white cardboard box, not something i want to put on deplay. The idea of preserving my dress is amazing but the visual outcome i am disappointed with. Wasn't real happy considering what I paid to have my wife's wedding gown cleaned and preserved. Everything looked nice and presentable in the display box right along with one of her hairs hanging off the veil and now it's all I see when I look at the dress.

I'm not very happy with my result. The top of the gown still looks wrinkled, there's tissue paper laying weird on the top, and the bottom of the gown is all smushed in at the bottom. Any way I could get a taller box so you could see more of the ruffles on the bottom of the gown? :(

It was the worst experience I have been through. I recieved the wrong dress. A dress that was suppose to go to someone in Washington. I understand mistakes happen. But this company never called me back to apologize I had to do their job for them I looked at the back of the box I recieved and told them the name of the person who's gown I recieved, they were suppose to call me back to tell me when they found my dress, never happened, I ended up contacting the person myself to tell her our gowns were switched and I was right th... read more

Honestly, I feel like you could have made my dress look much more beautiful. By the time my package had gotten to me the dress had moved around and it just looks pressed up against the front of the box making me feel uncomfortable every time I look at it.

from what I can see the gown looks clean, the only thing I am upset about is that there is a piece of packaging inside the box that has come loose and has obstructed the top view of the dress like a piece of cardboard off the top. I wish there was a way to fix it but I am not able to unless the packaging is opened, you have to fix it inside the box.
