Unfortunately, I was less than satisfied with the presentation of my gown and veil (beautifully hand-made by my mother in law, I paid extra to have it included).The veil was attached to the very top of the box, bunched up and adhered somehow in a very unattractive way, and doesnt even show in the front. The dress is very off-center in the box, and all in all it appears that they were very rushed and careless. Would not recommend.

The gown looks great. However, I was not enthused about receiving a phone call asking for $110 dollars in addition to what i had already paid David's bridal. I was told that the $100 I paid them covered "everything"...

The process was easy and my dress was returned to me in a timely manner, but there's no way to know how the dress turned out because I'm unable to open the box if I want the preservation of my gown to work

My gown came in and I was very excited to open it however I was not thrilled. There was an enormous wrinkle from the bottom to the top. The top of my dress was so loose it didn't even look attached. I was very saddened to see the amount of money I paid to have this kit and see my dress treated this way. I called and they sent me a return label to fix the problem hopefully it gets resolved. I received my gown in a timely manner. However upon looking closely I noticed a few of the beads are hanging loosely, flipped around backwards, and almost falling off completely. Also the bottom of the dress is wrapped in tissue paper so I can not see if the dress is truely clean on the bottom. If I open it to check I risk breaking the seal and ruining it.

It was great! The dress looks amazing inside! Unfortunately, when I opened the outer brown box, I found the David's Bridal preservation white box bent and beat up inside the seal. But the plastic seal was not broken. I know it wasn't the dry cleaners fault. I think the UPS/FedEx people don't know how to treat properly a "fragile" box that is actually labeled "Fragile" on it.

My gown was nicely preserved, but do not pay extra to include your accessories. First off, it's a waste of money as all they do is tape your accessories in the box or put your garter around the dress - all things you can do yourself. Additionally, I mailed in my jeweled head band and I received it back broken. They attached the head band into the box so it was hanging, but a rhinestone piece had been ripped off and was missing. So now that part of my head band isn't attached together and the two sections hang off separately.... read more

My heart goes out to my friend who had her wedding dress STOLEN after being left on her front porch. The kicker: Memories Gown Preservation doesn't think it's a good idea to require a signature when sending back something so valuable not only monetarily, but sentimentally. I am baffled that they would blatantly disregard the many reviews that ponder the possibility of a dress going missing due to it being left on a door step without requiring a signature. First I received the wrong dress! Second, the young lady who answered the phone was not professional she hung up the phone on me. Third, you should NEVER tell a customer "Oh well". Lastly when I received my dress it was bunched up in the box. My dress is very wrinkle!!!!!! What a waste of money and time I should have taken my dress to someone local!
