Everything went well. The only thing not liked was the waistband that had Memories label on it. Not appropriate. Should be on the box not on the dress.
Looks good but they put a ugly string with their company logo across my gown like a sash and my gown had no sash because of the style so it looks like a different dress not to mention the horrible logo branding that is now displayed across my wedding gown.
Presentation was horrible. The veil completely covers my dress. The corner of the box is crushed. Not happy with it at all.
Easy to package, easy to mail, but arrived with a small dent in the box and a thread sticking out the side of the dress as well as a hair that's just on the inside of the 'view window.' Pretty disappointing overall and I won't be putting it out for anyone to see. Not worth the cost.
Dress looks like it was cleaned fairly well. The red velvet cake stain on the bodice was not there. I am sad that so much of the dress is covered up. The dress is off center within the box, which drives me crazy and I can't open it up t to fix it. To get the dress preserved through this service was a good price.
The gown looks great in it's box and is presented beautifully, which met my expectation based on the photos in reviews I read. The timeliness of the return was much faster than I expected. The only reason that I give it 4 stars is that I can't verify if the dress is totally clean... The worst stains on the dress were on the bottom edge (I had an outdoor wedding and the bottom of the dress was stained brown from dirt). I like the fact that everything was included in the box and it was easy to send out and get back however, I'm not totally happy with the way it was put together. I had a lot of folds in my dress and it came back with them pressed in all the wrong way. The folds went at an angle down the dress and they had them going horizontally. I could send it back i guess but it would really be more of a hassle than its even worth. They also tacked the folds in the wrong direction because it wasn't laying right.. While the dress and display was beautiful, they said a jewel was missing from my belt when I know for a fact it was not. Was not very happy that they lost a jewel and didn't take responsibility for it.
My flower girls dress turned out very well. My gown appears to be clean, the best that i can see, but is not displayed well at all. It is crooked, it has a paper hanging in front of the display, and it makes the dress appear to be designed much different that it actually is. It is not a good representation of the gown I wore at all.
