Would not recommend Memories Gown Preservation to any one. Prepaid preservation when we bought daughters gown. There was a belt added on wedding gown that we paid $180.00 with tax $194.85. Belt was sewed into gown. When we received gown back, the belt was missing. Had been cut in places and unstitched from gown. I called this company and they could not find belt. Never received my dress back!!!! 😥
Terrible experience. My mom sent my dress off to be preserved and the process ruined the beading in my dress. When we sent to back you did nothing to fix it. Very dissapointed. You folks also didn't follow some requests that we specifically made.
The gown is perfectly preserved and I can tell it was obviously cleaned. I am 100% happy with the quality of that. However, the paperwork was a little misleading in that it said the gown would be in a separate container than the veil. The veil is in the same box with the gown. The issue is that the veil is my mother's and was planning on returning it which is now no longer an option given that I would have to completely open up the gown as well.
My dress is lost or sent to another bride. I received someone else's dress which I returned! Haven't gotten my dress yet or refunded. Still waiting. Glad this didn't happen with the groom!
It would not allow me to give 0 stars. Your customer service is terrible. I received 2 gowns. I tried for weeks to return the 2nd gown without any luck. Finally you issued a UPS call tag and for 2 days in a row the driver showed up looking for a label from us! You did not provide me with a label. After several attempts. UPS finally got what the needed and they picked up the gown. 6 weeks after the gown was picked up. I receive a call from 713-592-0592. I would recommend using a different gown preservation company. I had to send my dress back 2 more times after they preserved it, and it is still not done how I asked for it to be done. The first time there were numerous issues (off-centered, pressing against the plastic, holes showing in the manican, etc.). Second time they sent it to me (even though I sent a list with the specific items that needed to be fixed), it was still off-centered and the box was quite damaged. The dress looks amazing! I love looking at it. The only thing that I would change is that I wish the box that it came in wasn't so ugly. I even upgraded to premium, but the box was still not cute. Overall, I am satisfied with the gown preservation just not the gown presentation.
My dress was lost at some point. I had to call three times after 2 months of not hearing anything. I was finally able to convince the staff to locate my dress. They asked me to send a picture of my gown and describe it in detail because they couldn't find it. It was finally sent back to me 3 months after I mailed it. I'm still unable to tell if the gown in the box is actually mine because it is completed sealed and just visible through the window.
