I got my dress back and as soon as I opened the box I could see the dress was lopsided inside the box. I also noticed a piece of cardboard stuck inside the shrink wrap on the display side. My veil was also arranged with the cording showing on one side, but not the other. This was not at all the presentation I expected with this service. Awful, I sent my gown in August 20th. It is now November 18th and I have yet to see it back. I called November 5th and they said it would be one more week then it would be over nighted to my house, it had been a week since it should have been here. Awful service. Awful experience. I would not recommend them. I hope I do get my gown. If not, there will be problems...

I am not very impressed with the preservation. I was told it would be able to be hung, when that is not the case. I do not think the plastic around it looks nice, but there is a warning not to take it off. The paper on the inside of the box is falling at the top and looks terrible. It looks as if it was done quickly and with little craftsmanship. I am very disappointed in this product. I had planned on displaying my dress and now I just want to put it in a closet because of how bad it looks in the "case" that it was put in.

My gown came back to me in good condition. However, I had the box personalized and the wrong wedding date was put on my sealed box. I paid almost $200 for these services to have this done wrong. I have tried to contact your company more than once to get a label sent to return the gown and have it fixed, and no one has called me back. Very disappointed and will not be recommending to any one.

My gown came fast, however it isn't straight in the box. It's smooshed toward the front panel more than anything. It's a good thing it's just going in storage! It would be straighter in a garment bag.

My dress and veil looked gorgeous and I'm glad I got it back fairly quick. However, I was disappointed by the packaging it is held in. The box doesn't look like what is shown to you in the picture and website. Mine was just in a plain white cardboard box.

The gown is displayed crooked on the dress form and there is no way to fix it without breaking the seal.

The dress looked nice in the box..but it's not waterproof..some water got on the box and it's all messed up. Gotta take out the box.

I was impressed with the turnaround service. I believe I received my dress in less than 2 weeks. The packaging was beautifully done and it was sealed on all four sides. Since I can't open the plastic, I'm assuming the dress was cleaned and the stains were removed from the bottom of the dress; where most of the dirt was. I had one significant problem. The beads/pearls and rhinestones on the front of the dress was missing pieces, thread was sticking out, and rhinestones were hanging. That's not the way I sent the dress in. I k... read more
