I hope for your sake that you don't wind up being sued by anyone soon. You sent the wrong dress to my address and then "supposedly" corrected the problem. How can I know for sure without opening the box and thus RUINING the preservation which is the reason the dress was sent to you in the first place. I sincerely hope David's Bridal finds a more reputable place to partner with in the future. I understand mistakes happen but with something as important to a woman as a wedding dress. I'm sure my gown looked amazing, but I haven't received it because it was stolen off my front porch when it was delivered.
Super easy and my dress came back perfect (as far as I can see), unfortunately my display box was crushed in on one side. The brown shipping box it was shipped in was not crushed or damaged at all so the display box must have been damaged prior to it going into the shipping box. Why can't anything just be right, everything has to have some issue.
We sent the dress off and requested 2 extra things to be done; have our names and date on the front and hair piece added to the box. We received the dress back and it was misspelled and the hair piece was backwards (showing the safety pin and a random piece of paper), so we contacted the customer service and shipped it back. Got excited again when we got the dress back the second time and even though the writing was corrected the hair piece now was completely missing. 0 Stars (will not let me submit without giving at least one star). I was extremely disappointed with the way my dress was handled and mistreated. When my dress returned it appeared nothing like the original (lace unraveling/pilling, bra cups falling out, poor presentation appears crumpled in box and lace curled over). The plastic shrink-wrap that the box was covered in was not done well. There were spots where the plastic was obviously over-heated and very thin right over the front of the box where you can see the dress. I'm not sure these spots will stay sealed. The dress box was also crushed on the corners and the dress was mounted crooked in the box. There were also visible thread pulls hanging right off the front of the dress. I'm really disappointed and upset about what I paid and what I actually received. I gave specific instructions on how I wanted my dress and veil displayed, and nothing was done. The packaging and box are nice and well packaged. However very disappointed about it not being displayed how I wanted. My veil was placed over my dress completely covering it and not showing the lace appliqué That was made fo me in honor of my late father. Regretting spending my money on this place!
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! ZERO STARS! I originally recieved my dress with a dented and torn box. I sent the dress back to have it repackaged. When I received it again the dress looked horrible in the box. The first time, it was perfectly structured and looked beautiful, besides the crushed box. This time however, it looked like the dress was just shoved into the new box and resealed. I ordered my gown, received it and its BEAUTIFUL. I also received soneone eles gown too. My info is on the back of the tickets. I called and they said it would be picked up but that was 2 weeks ago...... Mrs. David Piper I still have you dress.
