Some of my beading on my dress wasn't fixed and I can't really tell if it was really cleaned because it's all packaged up. I just can hope the train got cleaned well along with a couple stains that were on the front from my mascara from crying during my ceremony.
The dress looked nice and was returned quickly. My only dislike was that they did not appear to have been overly careful on how the pleating sat or a couple other little details of the dress.
My dress came back danaged
Just wish I was told upfront I could pay $15 to add Name and Date of wedding instead of receiving an email from Memories Gown Preservations that I have only 24 hours to respond and pay to have this service done. Upset I wasn't able to check my email for two days and missed the deadline to purchase. Other than that, wonderful cleaning and Preservation of my beautiful dress that I will treasure forever.
I have to say this...I know 2 people who was "disappointed" and 1 person who was "ok" with their order but I thought, "let me try this for myself" as you never know ..everyone's taste is different so I have to make my own determination, so thought I would take a chance and I purchased one for my daughters Sweet 16 dress and crown. The speed and email updates were fantastic, but that's all I can really say that I like about this preservation kit. I'm unable to tell if my dress was truly cleaned well, since I cannot see the hem of the dress, and breaking the seal will void the warranty. We had an outside wedding and the hem of my dress got pretty dirty. Y'all sent me the WRONG wedding dress! Good job folks! HORRIBLE
My gown was shipped to the wrong address at first. Luckily a person who received it by mistake called, notified me and was kind enough to send it back to the company. Overall it took many phone calls and more than a month to get my gown back. The box looks nice; however, I wish the company provided photographs of the cleaned gown. It would be useful since it is not possible to see how well the dress was cleaned without opening the sealed box.
Can't believe they got that blue stain out! I thought the dress was a goner for sure.
