I was impressed with how quickly I received my gown back, however, I was disappointed in the final product. I guess the boxes are one size fits all so if your gown is a little bulky, it is pressed against the clear plastic on the front of the box. Luckily, I do not plan on displaying mine for all to see.

The service was great. All I had to do was order the kit, put the dress in the box and sent it off to be cleaned and it was returned in the amount of time that I was told it would take. I haven't opened it, because I want it to stay preserved as long as possible until I decide I want to wear it again. Since I haven't opened it I hope they were able to remove the dirt stains that were on the train that was picked up from the floor in the venue.

I want to thank Memories Gown Preservation for their compassionate caring act of kindness when preserving my daughters wedding dress. You see, my daughter never got the chance to walk down the aisle. Nor did her fiancé. They both passed away together in an accident 11 months prior to their wedding. It took me 2.5 years to have the courage to send it in. My fear was losing it. Told the salesperson no less than 3 times that the dress needed to be sent to an alternate address and under my name, not my wife's as it was a surprise Christmas gift for her. Then I get a shipping notice that it's coming to our house and under her name. Too late to redirect the package and they wouldn't allow me to anyway since I wasn't the named recipient. I did get them to hold it at a sorting facility for pick-up because I would be out of town and didn't want it stolen off our porch. However since only the person named ... read more

I hope my gown was properly cleaned and preserved. It was definitely shipped terribly. In the future try to add another fee for the bubble wrap. Since box that it gets shipped out is to size of the box of gown. I didn't appreciate the way I received my gown. I called several times to try and talk to a representative. And left several messages before I finally got a call back. I explained my issue, and the response was not any better. I really hope I don't ever have to use this company. We weren't very happy with the way the dress was packed. It came in a plain white cardboard box with just a hole cut in it. Only the tulle of the veil was showing and none of the crystal bead work was displayed. The display of the dress was tacky. Without opening the box we have no idea how well the rest of the dress was handled.

My gown was cleaned and preserved beautifully. The box is very nice and I love being able to see the dress. However, the writing that I paid to have added to the box doesn't look anything like the picture on the order form. There was no option to select font, so I assumed it would be the pretty script writing in the picture, but that's definitely not what it was.

My dress had a flower sewn onto the front of my dress that was made out of the same material with custom bead work. It was the main focus of my dress and one of the major reasons why I picked my dress. To me as the bride, the dress isn't special without that flower.
