The customer service reps I spoke with both times were friendly and helpful and I appreciate that a lot. And the gown was cleaned and shipped back to my home in a little less than 3 weeks (tho I have no way of telling if the repairs were done. I sort of have to just have faith that they were). I guess I was expecting it to look better in the box and a nicer box with nicer printing- sort of like the advertised photo shows. I put off getting my dress done for two years. I was so excited to get it back but when I took it out of the box it was put back in the box off centered. My dress has a sweet heart neckline and beading down the center and having it off center drives me crazy. You'd think for all the money they charge they could get this simple thing right. I just put it back in the box. I won't be displaying it like I had planned.

I was so excited to have my dress sent off to be preserved. But when I got it back I was disappointed. My dress has a big wrinkle/crease right through the middle of it. I would have a hard time recommending someone else to use this company. I paid for this and I am upset that they did not do a better job than this.

First impression and after further inspection, I'm not 100% satisfied. The flaws I see are: At the top of the "window" where you see my dress, 4 inches of paper type lining has fallen down on top of my dress coving the first few inches; the lettering at the bottom of the box is crooked and has inconsistent spacing, and missing a quotation mark; and the bust of the dress is crooked as well. My dress came back with a stain on it. It was extremely wrinkled and looks terrible in the box. They also spelled my last name wrong on the box that I paid extra for. I was extremely disappointed.

I actually have just not got a chance to call and complain with the holidays and my work schedule. I absolutely loved my dress, however the biggest possible mistake is the personalization on the front has the wrong date. I checked my receipt and I filled out the information correctly. Your staff out the wrong year. Such a disappointment.

The awful gold star sticker is beneath the seal, which means I have to break the seal to remove it. On top of that there's tissue paper hanging down covering the top of my dress. Both negating the purpose of a display case. Terrible terrible terrible outcome. I'm incredibly disappointed with the service.

I had a bad experience with this company. When I received my dress back it was displayed so so horribly. You can not see the bodice at all (the only part where there was design on my dress as the skirt was plain) and there is a ribbon tying the skirt together leaving a huge crease in it. The ribbon, sinching the dress, which isn't even tied nicely is the only thing visible from the clear section. The package was damaged when I received it. I have had a terrible time trying to get this resolved. I would advise you to ship the preserved gown in a more secure way. I can see this happening very easily in the way you ship back to the customer. Not happy about this, especially for the money I paid including extra insurance which apparently didn't cover this like I thought it should.
