We were luck enough to have left out Just Married writing on our car which also had our names on it. One of our apartment neighbors from a completely different building left a note on our car saying they got a package with my name in it but their address. We contacted him and were able to pick up my package which was my dress. Thankfully he was kind enough to find the correct owner. Very quick turn around! My gown looks amazing in the beautiful personalized box
First my dress was sent to me not in a window box due to the size. I had to send it back to get layers taken out. Then when I received it the second time it was not in the box that was shown to me at the time of purchase. Just slightly disappointed in the quality of that.
Fast service! 13 days from the time I mailed until I got my dress back. The box & personalization are beautiful.
The process was very easy to mail my daughters gown for preservation. It was returned sooner than I expected. The only other suggestion I would like to interject is an accompanying picture after cleaning may have put my mind at easy as it did have 1 moderate stain on it and I would like to know if it was removed. Otherwise 5 star experience.
The entire process went so smoothly Love the way it was done and personalized My daughter wanted my dress preserved and did it as a gift to me. It was in the attic for 36 years and it came out perfectly. Even the veil.
