My lace dress was worn 34 years ago. Now it looks like it was never worn and the display really shows it off.
I liked the convenience, the easy to follow instructions, and a sales person said it is probably a cheaper option than a local cleaner. However, it is a lot of ground travel for a nonessential service (1,700 plus miles one way is wasteful), I don't like how the veil is displayed over the front of her dress (I should have asked HOW it would be displayed), don't particularly like that it looks like it's on a mannequin torso, and most of all, I hate the ribbon around the waist with "preserved memories" on it. My gown looked stained and I can see loose threads.
My dress looked beautiful but the belt around my gown was placed on the dress crooked and now that's the first thing noticed when looking at the dress, and the message I selected for the box didn't have my last name properly printed.
Forgot my broach that was on my dress and the bow was folded over up against the box, I shipped it back to be fixed
Extremely upset with this business. I purchased memories gown preservation through David's bridal then sent my gown in with clear instructions only the wedding dress, however I must have put the bra in with the dress. They called me to tell me that will be an additional $25. First off $25 to wash a bra?? Second, why was I not contacted before taking it upon youself to do extra. You have had no problem emailing me everyday since Thursday and calling me, now that you want me to pay. This is ridiculous!
They lost my ribbon.
I paid to have my gown preserved through David's Bridal, who sent my gown to this company. This company preserved my gown and shipped it back to me via UPS. While en route, UPS punctured the box with a forklift. Thankfully, my gown wasn't harmed but the preservation box was destroyed. UPS said to contact this company to have my gown preserved again. I have contacted them twice with no response. Extremely disappointed.
My dress is crooked in the box. There is a black hair (not the color of my hair) in the box with the dress. The ribbon that is around the dress is caught on the beading of the dress. The back of the dress is obviously wide open making the dress look several sizes larger than it is. There is dirt between the plastic wrap and the box.
