I am very unhappy with the outcome. I had sent in my sash with written instructions to place the sash with the dress and upon receipt of the dress that sash is not on the dress and in order to maintain the preservation, I cannot open up the dress box to find out if the sash is even on the dress. In addition to that the gown is falling off the bust and a chiffon layer (my dress has multiple layers) is folded up, making the product look disheveled. Apparently no one answers the phone or returns inquiries. I received my dress back without the sleeves attached. I don't know if they were included in the box or are simply missing. If I break the seal, obviously it defeats the purpose of getting the gown preserved. I would like to know what happened but no one will pick up the phone!!

Super easy process!! Was notified when my gown was received & shipped, that all happened within a weeks time!!! Don't think about it, just do it, you will only regret if you don't, it's to easy not to!!!

I paid extra to have my dress and handmade, custom accessories hand processed, but they were treated with very abusively. Several items, such as my gloves, are permanently damaged and because of their one-of-a-kind nature cannot be repaired or replaced without throwing out the sentimental value of being the items actually worn at my wedding. I have my dress and the box should have been larger than it is. Where is the slip that accompanied my dress? There is no way that my huge dress, slip and coverup should have been enclosed in the box. My god what is going on? And the monogram on the box was not even spelled correctly. Such heartache!

To be honest, while I am happy that my dress is cleaned and preserved, I have to say that the looks of the box leaves much to be desired. In the cheap white box and shrink wrap it reminds me of a Costco cake more than anything else. Also, it bothers me that the band that is put across my gown is partly folded/twisted on one side, but I cannot fix it since opening the shrink wrap would compromise the preservation... You did not do anything. You said you would melt it if you tried. I was pleased when you said you would refund my money, which you have done. I have cleaned it on my own with cold water and oxi clean. I did what I was paying you to do myself.
