It doesn't look as good as it did out of the box, because you can't see the train or anything, but the box is very nice, it's sealed and looks good. Very nice service, and they got the makeup/tanner off my dress! I didn't think that would come out.
Try training your staff to correctly enter addresses for customers. My dress was shipped to the wrong address. I had to personally pick it up. Customer servie was not apologetic at all.
The gown was beautifully boxed but the seal was broken on the corner of the box. I had to send it back to have it redone. Waiting for it to be sent back and I will review again.
I just received my gown and was not impressed. The service was fast and I did get both, gown received and shipped emails and things went smooth. However, I am rating two stars because I paid $20 for personalization and my last name in the box is misspelled. Everything from the shipping address to the certificate has the correct last name. Attention to detail is lacking! I sent my dress off as well as a flower girl dress. The presentation of the flower girl dress was amazing- however inside the sealed box laying on the dress was a plastic price tag tag. My dress had my last name spelt incorrectly on the box, the presentation of the dress was all wrinkled, and my veil was folded under in places. Not very happy with how my dress came all smoothed in the box also the company put the ribbon on my dress, wasn't aware of that, and it looks hideous.
The dress looks beautiful in the box! However I sent in a necklace and headband. Only the headband was visible. It was taped to the neck area and one side of the tape came loose so the headband is dangling awkwardly. I have no idea where the necklace ends is and don't want to open the box since it was sealed.
The process and turn-around time to receive my boxed wedding dress was satsfactory; however, I had asked for a quote to repair a tear in the satin border, but no contact was made with me before the dress was returned. How can I be assured the tear was repaired? Nothing was noted on any paperwork enclosed.
My gown looks beautiful in its box. The only thing that I wished you would have done is to have taken a picture of the stain I asked you to remove before it was removed and after so that I would know it indeed was removed. I want to be able to use my dress for our 25th wedding anniversary.
