Thanks for caring so much about customer satisfaction that you won't answer the question I sent a month ago! If I can't trust you to answer a question then clearly I can't trust you with my dress.
Although it was easy to send off it's never fun when your dress is LOST! I was VERY disappointed with Memories Gown Preservation! What I thought was my dress when picking up turned out to be someone else dress. After shipping that dress back and calling them they had no idea where MY dress was. They said they were going to be in contact with me (after a couple days to update me) once they figured out where it was. I didn't hear anything from them! My dress was pretty scrunched in the front when I received it. Not what I was expecting.
When I received my box, there was a piece of tissue paper hanging down from the top of the box. It will be like that permanently as I can't get in the box to fix it.
The quality of the box looks cheap.
The dress looks so wide inside the box and it has no shape so it looked blah and not stunning. I’m glad my dress is preserved and clean but not so happy with how it is ‘folded/presented’ in the box if I am being honest.
Please make sure the dress is clean. I could see dog hair on mine. I would also make the dress lot tighter. Mine is loose and not fitted well . Very disappointed!
Had a blue ombre dress that they tried to remove the blue from. Display box was damaged and not anywhere close to what was represented to me when I purchased the preservation kit. Would have rather saved the money and had someone local clean it.
