My dress got sent to the wrong person, someone in Houston. I received the person's that got my dressed dress. I forwarded to her dress as to her and was able to track its arrival on Nov. 19th. Unfortunately however it's been more than 2 weeks and my dress hasn't arrived. I'm very concerned my dress is lost as I have no tracking #s to monitor it. So I'm still waiting for my dress to arrive.
The dress seems to have gotten some damage. Missing beads and threads hanging. The chest area is not filled out filly and looks bad in the box.
When my dress came it looked nothing like the picture its suposed to look like. I was so upset. It just looked like they shoved my dress in. They also practically covered up my whole $2,000 dress with my $50 shawl. When i called to see if they could correct it the lady was not helpful. When she asked if i wanted my veil shown i said yes as long as you can show the lace part of my veil. Alls she said was well ill just out on there that we wont show it. Ridiculous!
I bought the kit for $100 from David's Bridal. I would consider the following to improve the overall product: 1) Put the gown in a nicer box, versus just a plain, white cardboard box. 2) Have the option of adding photos of the gown to the box (ex: photos of the full gown, from the front and back, since the box only shows the chest area of the gown. 3) Add an area to include the dress measurements, so that we know whether it can be reused in the future for us or someone else. It's been over 2 1/2 months and I still haven't received my gown. 1st time they sent it to me it was missing the belt, so I sent it back and they told me they were going to take care of it. 2nd time they mail it to me without the belt again. I called and they told me they were going to make sure the belt was on my gown. 3rd time they mail me the incorrect gown. I called they apologize gave me a full refund and it's been 2 weeks that I sent back the incorrect gown they sent me and they still haven't mail me my gown. Not sure... read more
My wedding dress was not placed nicely in the Preservation box and veil was not either. It is crooked, tilted and veil looks uneven.
While my dress, veil and slip were cleaned to perfection. I am rating you a 2 star because I paid to have "Ronald and Felicia; September 15, 2018" added to my keepsake and it was not done.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Rude and unprofessional. Never use this company again
It looks like crap! I would never recommend anyone doing this unless you want to waste your money. My dress wasn't cleaned they did a crap job of putting the dress into the box looks like it was done in 2mins.
