Customer service was top notch! However, I paid extra to have my wedding gown treated so it wouldn't yellow as well as museum quality care. Three years later and my dress is yellow. Sent back and I'm not sure anything was done, the repackaging job is a mess, and the lace overlay had been bent with dirt particles noticeable on my gown. My bridal dress come so ungly inside de box , i was expecting it will come beautiful.
Y'all didn't put the correct date on the outside of my box.
Return very quickly however hard to determine if the repair was done without opening the sealed box
I was very excited with the out come and the fast return. Kind of a funny story to how long it took me to send it in. Because of health issues of my husband we had to get married earlier than planned. So we did one up and got married twice. Our renewal was the wedding of my dreams. But, wanted to make sure we didnt want to do it again. Dress was wore for just the renewal which made our day just as special as the Wedding Day!
I wish I could attach a picture. Maybe it is normal for the paper on the inside top of the box to be hanging down over the shoulders of the dress. I returned the dress to have this fixed and it came back to me exactly as it looked with the paper hanging down over the dress. I gave 2 stars because I am happy to have the dress back at least. Besides misspelling my name, whoever delivered my dress didn't bother to ring the doorbell but instead threw my very expensive dress over my back yard fence onto the lawn in the rain! Luckily the box is covered in plastic so it didn't get wet but all the corners are smashed in. Terrible!
The gown was returned quicker than I thought it would be, but much to my dismay a piece of the paper inside the box had fallen down covering the shoulders of the gown. Still deciding whether to return it, but I have a bad feeling it will get lost in the mail.
The string to hold the dress was put over my band on my dress. I could have been lowered less than inch. There is paper on the top that is falling down already.
