I am having issues tracking how many boxes were sent out...when calling your facility it's hard to get an answer & the UPS store hasn't been very helpful either. Not too mention the name on the one box delivered was spelled wrong so now I am concerned that the name on my apparent missing package may be wrong also...I received the train but not the dress OR is the dress wrapped inside of the box with the train?? Any info would help

Not all of the beads were fixed as requested and paid for. Also, the belt was attached before and came back not fully attached.

I have emailed my experience and haven’t heard back. Unhappy with the presentation of my dress and veil due to extra ribbons added on. Would appreciate talking to someone about this.

The 1st time I got the dress back there was a black hair front and center in the window where you can view the dress. It was returned for it to be corrected and it cost me another $15.00. Which I don’t think I should have had to pay for. And then when they sent it back the bottom of the veil is front and center. Placement is awful. So when my daughter takes it out of the box someday I just hope she doesn’t find it Is even worse the just a black hair! Sorry. I just hate giving bad reviews.
I have not received my dress or any notice of when im supposed to received it. I am not sure if it was delivered alredy. And the tracking number only says it was delivered to your facility

When I received my dress back, the belt was moved below the ribbon that it was originally sewn to. I would like the belt returned to it's original spot.

It’s hard to know if my wedding dress is completely clean because it’s preserved in a box, and I’m not going to open it to inspect their complete work. From the parts I can see, it looks good and preserved well. What I’m dissapointed in is that a part of my dress is ripped, and it was not ripped when I sent it in. Very discouraged the by company for sending back my dress with a part hanging and ripped, when they did not receive it in this condition. Would not recommend if this is how they treat someone’s wedding dress.
