I was very upset with my gown. It was placed crooked and the tissue in the cups was showing. I had to break the plastic seal to fix it which defeats the purpose of having it done. I would never recommend this service

U guys did not put my custom messege wich i paid extra for. Ruined my entire gift. And yall didnt even offer a refund or partial refund. Wont recommended this business.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Dealing with this place has been a NIGHTMARE! I bought the kit through David’s bridal in April 2020. As soon as I received the kit, I mailed out my dress. May 4th, 2020 I received confirmation that my kit was delivered by UPS to the warehouse and signed off by an employee. With covid shutting everything down , I didn’t hear or receive anything for a couple of months. Confused, I reached out to the company through phone calls and emails and never received a response. This company lost my wedding dress! I never received my dress back from this preservation company. They sent back my dress threw ups and I never received an email or text that my shipment was on its way back to me. When questioned why I never received an alert of my dress coming back; it was told to me that it ups did not do their due diligence and it wasn't their fault. Nevertheless, I do not have my beautiful wedding dress and I am heartbroken about it. Brides you are better off sending your precious dress to the cleaners... read more

My dress is crooked inside the box and not pulled very tightly so there is a pooch that makes it look frumpy. I also tried to call and was put on hold both times for 20+ minutes and never got to talk to anyone. The box is also dented on the side.

It is still satined. Looks like it was not cleaned but only steamed to then place in the box.

The dress was returned to an address of the grooms Aunt. Know idea where you pulled that from. I have sent this once before and received no response. Not sure why I'm wasting my time again. Very very disappointed. The box is now at the house of the grooms grandmother and we are hoping it is the correct dress.

I was really excited about it at first until I got an email saying that I had an unpaid balance and I tried to call several times and left several voicemails and never got a call back and finally got someone to email me back saying that I owed $150 so they sent me a link to pay the balance and then the next day I got a call saying I owed $20 even after I told them I paid $150 the day before and they said they never received that payment.
