Honestly, I sent my dress back to be redone, because there were flyaways on the bust that weren't removed the first time it was sent in. I received my newly packaged again dress and nothing has been changed. I told the Priscilla that I wasn't excited about the ribbon under the bust being visible. She explained that it was necessary to hold the gown in place. I was fine with that, and she offered to have it folded in half to have it be less obvious. The ribbon came to me half folded. Sent my dress here to be cleaned and preserved as it was recommended since I will be wearing it in 2021 for our wedding reception. I really wish I hadn't!!! My dress came back with a yellow spot on it! I called and they had me send it back to take care of it and they sent it back to me untouched!! Now I have a yellow stain on my wedding dress that I need to wear for our wedding reception!! The first time I sent my wedding dress to you to be cleaned and preserved it came back to me looking like nothing had been done, it was dirty and dingy, I resent it back in and this time it looks better, the money I spent to have this process done was too much for what was done

I was referred to your services through David’s bridal. My dress is a large ball gown and I asked the associates and manager at David’s bridal if my dress would be able to fit into a box with a window view and I was told your company has larger boxes with the window view for dresses like mine. So I paid and sent my dress off. I just re-received my dress. I am NOT happy that it came back worse than when it first came to me. There’s wood pieces in the dress under the plastic and their is something super dirty in the back that I can’t get to unless I break open the plastic. I only sent this back the first time because my name was misspelled on the box. I’m super disappointed and upset that my dress is in worse condition than when I sent it. Please fix this!

There is a thick white ribbon across my dress above my belt that looks awful. My side cuffs are pinned back on the shoulders like a tank top look & that’s not how the dress is supposed to be. The stomach area isn’t flattened out where the material is flat it looks lumpy & done lazy. Very unhappy w it & super bummed considering I absolutely loved my mother’s when she had hers done a few years ago.

The cleaning looked good however we requested deep purple writing to match my bridal colors and they did it in black. I think my mom paid extra for it too. I was very disappointed and frustrated after she paid good money to get this service for me!!!! I will definitely tell my friends getting married not to use this service.
Y’all are horrible. Y’all got my dress wrong twice and didn’t even wanna fix it for me!!!!!!! Horrible customer service and I’m still waiting for my refund.
