DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! I sent my dress to them and when I called them to let them know my dress has arrived at their facility. Priscilla went to check their loading dock and confirmed it was there. 8-10 weeks later haven’t received a return tracking number for my dress to come back so I called and Priscilla said there was no dress in the box. They damaged my dress they send it back ripped unwashed unboxed
My dress turned out really good but highly disappointed I had to pay $75 even though my package was already payed for because of the bed bath beyond situation. It was very unfair that I had to either pay $30 to get it back or the $75 to have it done since I ALREADY payed. I understand stuff happens but a company should have insurance for that situation. The dress was not placed good in the box it has something yellow holding it up. The bust of the dress it not straight. Horrible job for. dress that cost $5000.00 dollars to show people or put on display in closet. Very disappointing!!!!
Never got my gown back still waiting
Communication was lacking. Did not receive any emails with a good tracking number where I could track my gown. I called their office and spoke with a very rude lady.
They damaged my wedding gown (strap broken beads everywhere, hole in the tulle of the skirt, lace coming up from the body of the gown) and customer service was a nightmare. It literally took weeks for someone to contact me back (after I had contacted them several times and had to have David's Bridal escalate) and then after I shipped it back they just reattached the strap without putting new beads on. Would not use them again.
