Looks very nice.
Everything was great with one exception. The wedding gown has an empire waist but in the box the band was placed at the natural waist. I am concerned that the band will put a permanent crease in the fabric. Also, the band placement gave the dress an odd shape, making the presentation less than ideal.
Honestly, the turn around time was fast and my dress cleaned up nicely. However, I know I didn't pay for any extras, but there were a bunch of flyaway threads in the front that no one cared to trim, which would have just been a common courtesy. The dress is a two piece and they aren't quite centered so it looks off a little. And so now that is what I get to see forever, flyaway threads all over the front of my un-centered, beautiful dress. It came back in a beautifully wrapped boxed and I was super surprised at how much detail and time that went into the process of cleaning my dress and making sure that it looked beautiful in my preservation box. They even got the stain out from my wedding day that I had gotten from my flowers and it really really just made me so sad happy. I sent my veil in with my dress. I don't see my veil in the box. I do not want to open the box, but would really like to know where my veil is please
I remember how my dress looked when I mailed it out to your company. Your company did a beautiful job cleaning and preserving my wedding dress & veil. It looks so regal and vintage. I took pictures for keepsake and shared photo with my sister and girlfriends. I hope one day that one of my daughters or grandchild would love to wear my dress on there wedding day. Thank you!!!
