I sent my wedding dress out to be cleaned and preserved, and I got it back very quickly! I was impressed at how fast the turnaround time was. I haven't opened the box because it's sealed up with the anti-yellowing stuff but it looks beautiful and clean through the window on the box! The only issue I had was that I had paid for a customization on the front of the box, but it was not there when I got it back. I’ve used Memories twice in the past. One for my daughter and my wedding dress also. Unfortunately, this last time when we received my youngest daughters gown, the preserve box had a cress/dent on front which takes away from the whole point of preserving it to make it presentable. I don’t feel that it was Memories fault tho. I feel that it happened during shipping cause the outer box also had a hole in it at same area. Just upset me cause my daughter was rather disappointed about the defect.
The dress in box is all good. However, the box is wrapped in plastic and there’s a hair stuck in between. Not the biggest deal but sucks that it is right in the front

My dress looks gorgeous in the box. I couldn’t love it more. Very fast too!! I just wish they didn’t put the ribbon around the waist of the dress to hold in place.
