My dress looks wonderful! Such an easy process and quick turn around time.
They did a wonderful job! If the box didn't arrive a little dented, I would have given 5 stars; other than that, the work is fantastic. I was so happy to see my dress again!
My dress looks new! I love the way it is staged in the box with my veil and how I know that I don't need to worry about it getting ruined at all! So glad I made this investment!

The whole experience was very easy and explained throughoutly, which I liked. It was also very fast. The only thing I didnt really like is that the top part of my dress is not 100% flat. Meaning that there is a folded part where it could had been all stretched out to show in the front. I don't know if it got shift on delivery but the way it is, is not what I expected. I don't dare to open the box to fix it because they say you run the risk of ruining the preservation, so this is the way it will have to stay. Everything else... read more
