Great customer service. Turn around time was incredible, just took a few days.
Great job overall! Got the gown back so quickly!! It looks very beautiful. I had it sent here because I had a DB coupon for half off, which was the same price as dry cleaning it anyway. It came back and looks so lovely, presented nicely. Although, the bow does have an extra fold on one side, so is not perfect and the tissue paper on top has come down. I'd suggest maybe a better background because I cannot fix these things without breaking the seal. Glad I had it done though, and the option to personalize was nice.

Very easy directions for sending the gown off and it came back quickly and boxed beautifully!
I was excited that my gown is well preserved and tightly packed up, however, the dress looks plus size! I was originally going to display it as is, but I'm going to have to take it out of its packaging to make it look appropriate and not like it's for someone twice my size. It's a lace up, so I'm assuming whoever packaged it just didn't lace it up in the back.
its great except the bottom of the dress cannot be seen if it was cleaned or not due to the packaging and it was dirty when I mailed it out however if I open the box it will not be preserved,so I will never know if the stains got out on the dress unless I open it.so disappointed by this factor..
Pros: Boxed wedding dress came in beautifully packaged.but I had to take retakes of wedding pics, so I had to break open the box. It was nice to see the dress beautifully cleaned. Cons: when I wanted to get the dress cleaned & boxed again, they did not want to use my old box. I had to get anew box intead
I like the preservation for the most part. I was surprised how quickly I got it back! Wish you could see the detail of my veil more and the ribbon across the dress was twisted.
Everything looks great. Considering I can't open the box to see if the gown is clean all the way down and not ruined, I am trusting that it's perfect. There is a note that says there was a small red stain preservation could not getc out. I'm a little disappointed in the lack of communication about this. I wish I could have received a phone call or email detailing where the stain is that they can't get out and asking me if I would like them to continue or if they should send it back for me to attempt to get the stain out by a... read more
