Received my gown within 2 weeks! It was perfect, and super quick! Very satisfied.
Customer service was great! They were patient with me and answered all of my questions when I contacted them. Once they received my gown, they contacted me to confirm all of the options that I picked and the order of the contents. The instructions were very easy to understand and it was also easy to package and ship my dress. I received my dress in the time promised.

The overall process for sending the dress for preservation is actually really simple with the package from David's Bridal! The notice said I could expect a return within three weeks, but I'm pretty sure I got it back in just about 8 or 9 days! Everything seems to be in good condition and there was little to no work on my end. I'm satisfied :)
I was so pleased with my gown when it was returned and will always have the pleasure of remembering my special day.
The easiest process ever - and I was very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend this to any new bride who needs her dress cleaned; mine even sat in a large plastic shopping bag for 7-months AFTER our wedding until I finally got it cleaned.
