I love how it turned out. I'm just not sure where I want to put it now! Of course you pay over 100 for it hen realize all the extras. At first I wasn't happy that what I had personalized on the box was just stickers that I could have done but I'm leaving it all wrapped in enclosed in the plastic so the box stays protected so I wouldn't have done it anyway. Then of course all the extras but I'm satisfied

Needed to return gown two times due to the dress bunching up in the front. When returned the last time there was still a issue but my granddaughter (dress belonged to her) said to just let it alone as is.
I am so pleased with my preserved gown! It looks so pretty in it's box and I can't wait to have my daughter wear it on her wedding, that's if she decides too, either way it looks beautiful and it brings back so many perfect moments from my special day! I purchased the preservation package separate from the gown on sale for $90 plus the shipping and that's all I paid! No hidden fees! Well, first, I was immensely impressed on the time it took! I thought it was going to be about 6-8 weeks, but I believe my gown was back within 2 weeks! However, the only thing I don't like is that I can't see the bottom of my dress, where all the dirt was. So, as far as me saying how well you got all of the soil out, I just have to go on your word, since it is boxed in the preservation box, which I cannot open or is disregards the 30 year preservation guarantee.
