My dress was cleaned and returned very promptly. The only hitch is that the dress has been preserved and there's no way to look at anything except the part of the dress that's displayed in the "window" of the box without ruining the preservation. This means that if I want to open it in 20 years, who knows what the rest of the dress is going to look like? So, that part of it is a little unfortunate, but what I can see certainly looks nice. Then again, it looked nice to begin with. ;)
