My gown looks beautiful! It brought me to tears!
I ordered the gown preservation set online and quickly received the kit. Everything I needed was neatly packed inside and the directions were very clear and easy to understand. Once I packed my dress and accessories inside the box and filled out the necessary forms, I dropped the box off at my nearest UPS store. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received my gown - very beautifully preserved and packed in the box. It only took a couple of weeks!

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to complete my order, and my gown was sent back to me in less time than I was quoted. I was followed up with by email when my gown was first received and then up-sold to include personalizing my box, which that was completed in an excellent timely manner. Terrific customer service!
