Easy directions to pack the dress in the box and ready to be shipped. I had my wedding gown back within a month after shipping it. It looks beautiful in the sealed box. It is so looks so clean and sparkles like the day I bought it! I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks Memories!
Fast, easy, and beautifully done.
You process was fast and easy and the gown looks great. UPS was an issue as they left the box in the snow and the outer box was wet and warped. I was afraid the contents were damaged but the inside box was just wet and did not penetrate the seal of the dress box.

The front looks great and I am happy that I sent my dress to you. I do have one concern; I have a flower type structure on my dress that is right above the waist line. You have tied a string that goes around the dress and through the back of the box. The string is pulled directly over the top of this flower and rather than straightening the flower out flat before tying the string, it was just tied. Dress looks great and I got it back a lot quicker then estimated. I changed my address and left a note inside when I shipped it back since I filled out the sheet before moving, this created no bumps in getting my dress back. I really appreciate it!
My gown came in so quickly and it looks amazing.. the only thing I regret on my end is not having our names and date put on the box but other than that I love that I can see it and I will always treasure it exactly the way it was supposed to look the day of my wedding!
