The gown is presented beautifully, and I love knowing that it will be perfectly preserved in case my future daughter in law or daughter want to use it, or even potentially my grandchildren.
It was very easy to send my dress in although the tape provided was a joke. It took a pretty short amount of time to get back. The dress was kind of bunched in the box but it was a lot of dress to get in that small box. All in all I was datisfied with what I got.
Very quick turnaround. The dress looks perfect and it had spray- tan all over the inside. We are so happy with the result!
It was convenient, and the outcome was great. I did end up paying a little more for what I wanted. The form I filled out however, was a little confusing and the print was quite small, so my only suggestion would be to improve on the form to be filled out when sending the dress to you.
I was not by any means expecting it to be displayed so beautifully....made my heart sing. Awesome Job !!

I packed everything in the box and sent it off. I had my gown back within a week and a half.
Dress came out beautiful, wife loves it. Shipping was timed perfectly with what was estimated. Only down side is that the box received slight damage during shipping. Wasn't too pleased with that. Aside from that great
The process was quick and painless. The box and shipment info came very quickly, and then after sending the gown, it seemed like it came back in less than two weeks. From what I can tell it is perfect, but without opening it I don't know. I would definitely recommend this service to all brides. So easy!
