I got this service when I bought my wedding dress. It was kind of a buy the dress, get the service at a discount type of deal. I wasn't sure it was necessary at first, but now that it's all said and done, I'm SO GLAD I purchased this Preservation Package! It was so easy to send the dress, and it was back in no time. Plus, it's displayed so beautifully, with the Warranty and other information attached right to the back, so it won't ever get lost. Got my dress back Very quick and it looked awesome!
I sent my dress in a year after my wedding. When I received my box with the dress I was so excited! It looks amazing and they put my shawl in over the shoulder area. It looks so good! I will cherish it forever and it will look just as amazing!

the dress itself looks great but the box was crushed on both sides right in the middle. looks awful.
Easy to follow instructions on shipping the dress. I was notified through email when they received it. I got the dress back so fast and it looks amazing through the display window!! So glad I decided to preserve my gown!!
Not presented the best but hopefully it will still be in good condition when my little girl grows up. Idk how long it will take to get the wrinkles out of the dress because it is pressed against the box but considering the size of the box, it is what it is.
