I sent the dress off and in 3 weeks it returned to my doorstep. Looks absolutely beautiful. The only thing I wish was different was the price of adding items, I would have loved to preserve my veil but not for an extra charge, I had already spent so much. Otherwise great service.
My dress literally looks like it's in a mini lifestyle Barbie box and I love it!!!!!!!! Shipping was fast too! I also had them include my veil and it's beauuuutiful!

I sent the wedding dress in for my daughter and I was amazed when it was returned. It was almost 8 months after the wedding when my daughter gave me the dress to clean. I was afraid the dirt and perspiration would never come out. Well I was so pleased and it brought her to tears to see the wedding dress look just like new and packaged beautifully.
