It looks great and came back very quickly. The only thing I'd change is that the ORDER FORM is incredibly SMALL. It was hard to fill out because the squares were so SMALL.
Dress was returned in a timely manner and is perfectly preserved. Great service!
It was so easy. You provided me whith everything, all i did was to read and follow your instruction and there it was. At first i was worried that i made a mistake and may charge me more. When i got my dress back, it looked like new again and ready to be worn again. Thank You very much for taking good care of my dress.
Shipping was fast and instructions were very clear. I wish the ribbon was even thinner because it covered my beaded belt a little, but no big deal, the ribbon serves the purpose of holding the dress in.
Well the dress looks alright I haven't opened it yet to make sure it was cleaned and I didn't get an email saying it was shipped back I had only gotten an email with a tracking number not even from DB. Your company forgot to put my apt # on the box and ups couldn't deliver it to me because of this which was inconvenient, the box is just a regular box nothing fancy other than that every looks alright. It didn't take very long to get back which was wonderful.
Very pleased. Easy, quick, and the gown is beautifully boxed.
