I am glad to have the dress back. I am happy with how white it came back. It was my dress from 30 years ago. I was disappointed in the appliques on the bodice front. I have a picture of my daughter wearing the dress right before i sent it in with everyone in place. When it returned some of the appliques were missing and several were folded under and stuck to themselves I had to pull them off and unfold them and reposition them. Great! My dress came back much quicker than expected! My garter, which I was under the impression would be under my dress, was in front of my dress tied with a ribbon! Absolutely beautiful!

AMAZING!! They did an absolutely wonderful job preserving my dress! The display looks so beautiful and this is something I can truly treasure for the rest of my life! They were very efficient with getting my dress back to me and I truly couldn't be happier with how my dress is displayed/preserved!
It looks great in the shadow box and it was super fast.
I sent my dress, handkerchief, garter and gauntlets (fingerless gloves) off to be heir loomed and they came back beautifully! Everything is visible from the box window and professionally placed.

I have not opened the shrink wrapped packaged in order to keep it all intact and clean, so I hope all the contents I sent you are in that small box! Should I remove the shrinkwrap? Biggest problem was the couple was Zachary and Amanda Ray, married in February 2015. There is the name of a stranger on the front of the box, from 2014 ... that is disappointing.
