My dress was so beautiful even inside the box. At first i did not like the veil being in front of my dress, but the more I look at it, the more I fell in love with it.
Excellent preservation but package showed evident shipping damage :(
So far, so good! The form was easy to fill out, the instructions were simple, everything was included right now to the tape needed to package the box. My dress came back much faster than I anticipated and it looks beautiful!

The box that my gown is preserved in came damaged. The side looks almost like it caved in or was bent on. Really disappointed.
I shipped out my gown and received it back within 2 weeks! It looks amazing and it is really cool to be able to see it on a bodice!
I haven't opened by box, as it is preserved and sealed. But, the gown came back beautifully displayed with my veil draped from the back (preserved as well). It looks gorgeous to display, and I'm really happy I went with Memories Gown Preservation! I appreciate the professionalism that the business had when I called to check on my shipment, and the timeliness of the whole procedure. Overall, it took just a few weeks from hand-off to arrival. I chose to have the box plain, with no name on it and it looks really nice.
