I was really surprised to have gotten my wedding dress in the mail. It was something my mother had gotten for my sister and I after we got married. The presentation is beautiful. My dress looks like it could be for a princess. I love how it looks in the box.

My daughter was married 1/31/15. We sent the gown to you about a month later. We received it back, beautifully preserved, last week. Thank you. The only thing that was a little over the top was the extra sales attempts. The long list in the box of add-ons and then an email about adding the names/date for an extra charge after we had sent it to you. I would say we had a good experience with you over-all.

Very easy to send in gown. It came back in a nice box. This box takes up a third of the space my dress took up before. It will be preserved for 30 years, plenty of time for my daughter to decide if she wants anything from it. The dress was displayed very nicely. I am so glad I spent the money to package my gown. If I didn't it would still be hanging in my closet dirty, taking up lots of space.
