Very fast, I was notified when you received the gown and it was cleaned, packaged and returned within the week..
The gown was returned quite timely. The box presentation was very nice. Can't speak to quality of the cleaning as the box says to not unwrap! That is my only issue.

I am very impressed with Memories Gown Preservation services! The turn around time was a lot faster than I expected and my dress, slip and veil all came back in one sealed box. They arranged my dress and veil very neatly and personalized the box with our name and wedding date. Such a nice keepsake. If my daughter decides to use my dress I am sure it will be in excellent condition!
I am so glad that I decided to preserve my gown! I was figuring it would take a month or so for my dress to get back to me, but it was back in about a week and a half. It looks beautiful and I loved that they contacted me to ask if I wanted it customized in any way before they ship it back. Very happy! :)
I purchased my kit when I bought my dress. The instructions were very easy to follow when I packaged my gown to send for cleaning and preservation. Admittedly, it was difficult to hand my dress over to a nameless UPS clerk who could not possibly fathom the depth of my connection with that box.
