My gown and veil were beautifully displayed and I got them back very quickly! The thick plastic seal around the box seems like it will preserve the gown very well but won't be impossible to open if I want to get it out years later. I am completely happy with this purchase!

WOW! I was truly amazed at how wonderfully my gown turned out. I had a lipstick stain near the top of my dress and boy was the bottom dirty from all of the walking and dancing I did around our venue. My dress is perfectly white and the lipstick stain is gone! I did not break the seal to look at the bottom of my dress, but I'm sure it is clean. The process was so easy and fast! It had my dress back way faster than I thought. I was a bit nervous because it has been more than a year since I got married and the dress was sitting dirty in the closet. I bought my kit on sale, because I didn't have the extra money when I bought the dress to buy it at the David's Bridal store. It was well worth the investment, I'm very happy with the result! I loved it from the start of ordering it online through David's Bridal, simple instructions to packaging it to send out, got it back quickly, and it looked amazing! Everyone that has seen it has never seen anything like it before. I recommended numerous people to get the same thing.
The box was broken when it arrived but the dress and veil looked nice inside.
