The dresses are displayed beautifully but the boxes are very cheap looking.

I upgraded the wrapping on my dress for my own conscious and it is awesome. I have faith that nothing will be able to get into my dress, even being in my parents basement! I love that they put the form inside the dress to make it stand up. I couldn't be happier knowing that my dress will be available for my little girls should I have them and they want to wear it!
It looks great, and I really appreciate the fact that it comes in a closed storage case with a handle. I only have two knocks, and I admit they are picky things. 1) I wish the ribbon used around the waist was plain with no wording. Your logo is all over the box, does it really need to be inside the box, distracting from the beadwork of my gown? 2) the star-shaped sticker on the protective plastic surrounding the box is annoying. Easy and fast
I am so happy I decided to preserve my dress. The whole transaction was super easy and Fast!! My dress was returned to me perfectly displayed and just as beautiful as the day I brought it. I will definitely be recommending this to every bride I know! Ten thumbs way up!!!!

I originally was very unhappy with the way my dress was secured (with a ribbon around it that had writing on it - it felt like advertising on my dress to me) but after complaining I was given great customer service. They sent me a shipping label to send my dress back and they fixed it for me. Now my dress looks gorgeous.
