My gown was preserved SO quickly! I was expecting it to take another couple of weeks when I got the email with the tracking number.

As far as the packing of the gown goes all was great. The problem I had was that UPS left the box on my driveway and it rained on it. Why they didn't place it in a plastic bag????????????????So I am giving my experience a 3. Sorry.
My dress came out so beautiful. My dress had been sitting in my closet for over a year when I finally decided to go ahead and get my dress preserved. Not only did I get my dress back within a week it came back to me looking brand new on a awesome display. It was well worth the investment. Now I will have a beautiful memory for the rest of my life.
